| Payment: For Residential Service: Payment is due at the time of service . If you are not going to be home and payment is not available for our cleaning service technicians when they arrive, service will not be done and you will be charged a $15.00 trip charge. If our service technicians get to the job site and can not gain entrance a $15.00 trip charge will apply. Payment is required at the time of service. If payment is not received within 5 days of service, a $10.00 late fee will be charged. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks. |

| Q. I would like my basement swept this week but it is not included on my contract, will there be an additional charge? Yes, If you need additional services done, that are not outlined on you original contract, there will be an additional charge for the extra service. If it is a one time service it will be a one time charge. Please ask for an estimate prior to the day of service. |

| Q. We will not be home on the day of service, how will you get in? Generally we are given a key or garage door key code/garage door opener if there is no one available to let us in. |

| Q. Will the technicians move my furniture to clean behind it? Moving furniture would fall under spring cleaning. For a regular service the technician would not be moving furniture. |

| Q. Does your regular service include washing doors, chair rails, baseboards? No, these areas will be dusted but wall washing is a separate charge. |

| Q. We have a dog, is it OK to leave him out while you are cleaning? If you are not going to be home, we prefer to have you put the dog in a separate room, basement or in a kennel if he has one. Dogs react differently when a stranger is in the house and the owner is not at home. Even if they do not bite they sometimes become very stressed. (Yes, we have been bitten.) |

| Q. Since you guarantee my satisfaction, if I am not happy with the service can I get a refund? Since housecleaning is a personalized service we do not issue refunds. Quality and your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have an issue or complaint, call us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean the area in question at no additional charge to you. |
