As a guide in estimating
residential homes for our basic service:
Small homes-less than 1000sq ft
with one bathroom $50-55
(Special pricing for senior citizens)
Medium size homes -1200 to 2000sq ft,
2 to 3 baths $55-80
Large homes over 2500sq ft usually
runs $75 and up.
One time spring cleaning runs about
10 cents per square foot
